HOSTON TEX USA : On the evening of Thursday, the Pakistani-American community of Houston came together at Reza Persian Grill to host a distinguished dinner reception in honor of Dr. Mirza Ikhtiar Baig — a prominent businessman, philanthropist, recipient of Tamgha-e-Imtiaz and Order of Merit, and a respected Member of Pakistan’s National Assembly.
The evening featured heartfelt speeches, reflections on Dr. Baig’s impact, and a celebration of shared values between Pakistan and its diaspora in the United States. Among the notable attendees was Aftab Chaudhary, Consul General of Pakistan in Houston, who praised Dr. Baig’s contributions and emphasized the role of overseas Pakistanis in strengthening bilateral relations.
