Dr. Baig condemns increase in SBP Rate
KARACHI- Dr. Mirza Ikhtiar Baig former SVP FPCCI & Secretary Information United Business Group, condemns increase of 1.5% in SBP discount rate and said it will increase the financial cost and cost of doing business in Pakistan which will affect the economic growth required for new job creation. He stressed for the cheaper financing for industrialization and fears that higher markup rates will slow down the economy which will not be in the interest of our country.
