A webinar on ICT cooperation between Pakistan and China has been organized by TDAP on January 26, 2021 at 11 am. Following were invited as key speakers of the webinar;

The webinar was moderated by Mr Rohail Nazir, Asst Director, TDAP.
Mr Abdul Karim formally welcomes the speakers and apprised them about the agenda of webinar by highlighting the potential of cooperation between China and Pakistan. He further elaborated the role of TDAP in the promotion of services’ exports to the world.
Mr Hussain Haider, Consul General of Pakistan in Shanghai gave a detailed presentation on Yangtze region and its potential trading potential. He apprised the participants that Yangtze region’s population is 163 million and its contribution to China’s GDP is 35%. He indicated avenues of further cooperation between China and Pakistan.
Mr Barkan Saeed, chairman P@SHA gave a detailed overview of Pakistan’s ICT industry and its attractiveness in terms of investment friendliness and competitiveness.
