In celebration of International Women’s Day 2023, Ali & Associates, a leading and internationally acclaimed law firm, and The Method, an award-winning organization dedicated to Self-defense training for women, by women held a workshop for female team members of Ali & Associates in Karachi.
The Method has conducted several Workshops, in the recent past across Pakistan and also has partnered with several multinational and local brands in spreading awareness regarding self-defense.
The workshop focused on teaching participants basic self-defense techniques and strategies for staying safe in a variety of situations. The trained instructors from The Method led the workshop and provided hands-on instructions to attendees. The female participants of the Workshop learned how to identify potential threats, de-escalate confrontations, and defend themselves using physical and verbal techniques.
The attendees praised the event and workshop for being highly valuable, informative, and engaging in the approach to learning self-defense. The event was followed by a lunch where attendees had the opportunity to network and discuss their experiences.
