Chery Sales reached a historic milestone after the Chinese automaker surpassed 20 million cumulative vehicle sales worldwide, reinforcing its position as one of the fastest-growing automotive brands globally. The achievement comes as Master Auto Engineering (MAE), Chery’s official partner in Pakistan, welcomed the company’s latest global success and reaffirmed its commitment to expanding the brand’s presence in the local market.
In July 2026, Chery Group sold 276,820 vehicles, representing a 23.3 per cent increase compared with the same month last year. The company also became the first Chinese automaker to export more than 200,000 vehicles in a single month, with overseas shipments reaching a record 202,533 units, a 70.1 per cent year-on-year increase.

After previously securing a place in the Fortune Global 500 through Chery Holding Group, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. entered the 2026 Fortune Global 500 independently for the first time, ranking 383rd.
The company also secured 30th place in the Fortune Global 500 Return on Equity (ROE) Top 50, achieving an ROE of 36.5 per cent, the highest among Chinese companies included in the ranking.
Brand Recognition Continues to Grow
Chery also strengthened its international brand reputation by ranking 11th overall and first in the automotive category in the 2026 Kantar BrandZ Chinese Global Brand Builders Top 50.
The recognition marks the company’s ninth consecutive appearance in the annual global brand ranking.
