According to the forecast, high humidity levels ranging between 55 to 65 percent are likely to make the weather feel significantly hotter than the actual temperature, increasing discomfort for residents across the city.

Officials said that moderate to strong winds may also blow today and tomorrow, providing only partial relief from the prevailing heat and humidity.

The weather system is expected to remain hot to very hot and dry across most districts of the province. However, due to intense heat and moisture levels, isolated thunderstorms and light rain may occur in some areas of interior Sindh, including Dadu, Larkana, Sukkur, and Ghotki.

Meteorologists have advised citizens to take precautionary measures during peak daytime hours, avoid direct exposure to sunlight, and stay hydrated due to the increased risk of heat-related discomfort.

The department added that weather conditions are likely to remain largely unchanged over the next 24 hours, with continued heat and humidity affecting daily life across the region.
