Another sign of the apocalypse has emerged. Isaac Newton, the scientist who formulated the laws of motion in physics, predicted the end of the world in the year 2060. It would not be out of place to call Isaac Newton the father of modern science. He claimed in his private writings that the world would end in the year 2060. The prediction made by the famous British scientist Isaac Newton, who formulated the laws of motion, regarding the year 2060 has once again become a topic of discussion on social media. The interesting thing here is that Isaac Newton was born in 1643 and died in 1727. Apart from being a scientist, he is also known as a Bible commentator. Isaac Newton’s prediction gained public attention in 2003 when an international journal published an article on it. It showed that the Bible book of Daniel mentions 1260 days and Newton interpreted them as 1260 years. According to historical records, Newton, in his private writings, calculated that an important religious era could end in 2060, converting the 1,260 days mentioned in the Bible book of Daniel into 1,260 years. He began this period in 800 AD, which he considered to be the beginning of the corruption of the church. However, according to experts, Newton did not declare 2060 as the date of the definitive end of the world. Rather, he associated it with a religious change or the beginning of a new era. He also wrote that there was no reason for this event to happen before then, but it could happen after then. It should be noted that according to Islamic teachings, only Allah Almighty knows the time of the Day of Judgment. And no final date has been set for it. In the past, predictions made at various times regarding the end of the world have been proven wrong over time.
