The organization remains continuously committed to providing better gas pressure to its consumers.
In view of the ongoing increased demand for gas during the winter season, the management of Sui Southern Gas Company has decided to continue the extraordinary measures to provide it’s domestic and commercial consumers better pressure by curtailing supplies to industrial customers (including captive power plants) and all CNG stations (including those operating on RLNG) will remain suspended for 48 hours—from 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, 31 January, until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, 02 February.
During this period, if any domestic consumer faces an issue related to low gas pressure, they are requested to register their complaint by calling the 24-hour operational helpline 1199. Our vigilant staff will address each complaint promptly.
It may be noted that, as per routine gas load management, gas supply to domestic and commercial consumers will continue to remain suspended daily from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
The organization requests that this news be publicized accurately. In the recent past, similar measures were misrepresented on social media by certain elements, which caused unnecessary mental distress among domestic consumers.
